Auction Assistance Service Agreement

Service Fee

The Auction Assistance service fee (Online Auction Advisory, Live Auction Attendance, or Full Auction Package, as selected) is due upfront and is non-refundable once work begins. This fee is earned upon commitment of time, research, and — for Live Attendance and Full Package tiers — travel planning, regardless of the outcome of the auction (whether or not a vehicle is won, and regardless of final sale price).

Travel & Lodging

For out-of-region auctions (including but not limited to Barrett-Jackson, Mecum, and similar major auction events), travel and lodging costs are billed separately from the service fee, at actual cost. These costs are not included in the flat service fee listed on our Auction Assistance page.

• Before any travel is booked, Gasoline Alley Automotive will provide a written cost estimate covering flights, lodging, and related travel expenses.
• Travel will not be booked until the client confirms approval of the estimate in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).
• If actual costs are expected to exceed the approved estimate, the client will be notified before any additional booking is made.
• Travel and lodging costs are invoiced after the trip, with receipts provided, and are due upon receipt of invoice.

Cancellation

If the client cancels after travel has been booked at the client's direction, the client is responsible for any non-recoverable travel costs already incurred (e.g. non-refundable flights or hotel deposits), in addition to the non-refundable service fee.

Auction Outcome

Gasoline Alley Automotive provides research, strategy, bidding guidance, and/or on-site representation as described in the selected service tier. We do not guarantee a successful bid, a specific purchase price, or that any particular vehicle will be won at auction. The service fee reflects time and expertise provided, not a guaranteed outcome.
